Is Entrepreneurship that Easy?

Entrepreneurship is not just an Idea, it requires more than that

I can call my school days when I knew someone who thought he would come up with a great innovation and that would make him rich. The unfortunate fact is that, until and unless one really comes up with a brilliant way to fetch gold out of beef stew, he/she will find no ideas that are going to make him/her rich, or for that matter make an income.

You see, the conception is not complete. The truth is that, it’s a very common story that the best ideas lose in the marketplace when climbing up against a biz that has its marketing sense together, and has the power of tenacity in their corner. If you don’t have the potentiality and the tools to get you there, entrepreneurship will nothing but have a whole new, and ugly, meaning to it.

Business Values

By Robert Ceccarelli from Atwater CA

Business Values reflect the ethics, goals and standards that we practice in every facet of our business, every day. With vigilance and individual commitment, we:

  1. Place integrity and honesty above all else.
  2. Put our clients first.
  3. Create value for clients and deliver quality.

These should always be in your plan.

What a Value Consists of

By Robert Ceccarelli from Atwater CA

When defining a value for your company, it’s a good idea to try to describe it in detail.  For example, a company may adopt the value “Customer Delight.” That’s the value’s name. The description for the value could be something like: “We recognize that in today’s highly competitive market providing excellent service is not sufficient to satisfy customers and ensure their loyalty. Our goal is to convert the customer’s interaction with our company into a thoroughly and unforgettably enjoyable experience.” You are describing how the value can uplift a company in general, or your company in particular.
